Stuart Unger
Mr. Unger’s 43 year career in the futures industry started in 1972 as a runner on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
By 1974, Mr. Unger became a Member of the Mid America Commodity Exchange and 2 years later, moved back to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he became a member of the IOM Division. By 1981 he moved on to become a Member of the IMM Division where he continues his activities in the futures industry.
As an original floor broker and founder & pioneer of developing and sponsoring the LIBOR futures contract, Mr. Unger was appointed pit chairman of the LIBOR contract in which he oversaw the execution function, which plays a vital role in the futures industry.
He is a current member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) as a Registered Floor Broker.
As a Vice President of The PRICE Futures Group, Inc., he brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and positive working relationships with other industry leaders, helping to nurture and support existing as well as new start-up business ventures in the futures industry. He is continuously an active supporter of promoting integrity and soundness of the exchanges.
